Every harvest begins
with a decision.

Aparche is prairie held apart for those who understand that abundance is planted, not found—a quiet community where the natural and the built meet with intention.

Rooted

Space for a garden, a gathering, a home that grows with you. Room to build a life, not simply a house.

Refined

A considered meeting of architecture and landscape. Understated homes, open horizons, and a quieter sense of arrival.

Right-timed

Be part of the conversation from the beginning. Explore the land while the next chapter is taking shape.

02 / The land

Where the light
lingers longer.

Open skies. Water woven into the landscape. The everyday ease of Medicine Hat close at hand. The best part is how naturally it all belongs together.

The golden hour, nightly.

A wide-open horizon has a way of changing your pace. Morning light through the windows. Long evenings outside. A little less reason to hurry in.

The city, when you want it.

A quiet home needn’t mean a distant life. Shops, services, schools and culture remain within reach, with country calm waiting at the end of the day.

Lifestyle images are conceptual illustrations, not photographs of completed homes or verified views from individual lots.

Cypress County development guidance ↗
How much land comes with each homesite?
The July 6, 2026 tentative plan identifies 14 parcels, with gross areas of approximately 1.73 to 5.91 acres. Developable areas are smaller and vary by lot. The explorer shows both, with the full plan available for dimensions. Areas remain subject to final survey and approvals.
What is available, and what will it cost?
Some early sales have been reported, but current lot-specific availability and final prices are not published here. Enquire about your preferred homesite for the latest information. Selecting a lot on the map does not reserve it.
When could I start building?
Initial earthworks are anticipated for winter 2026/27 or early spring 2027. An individual home’s start date depends on approvals, servicing, lot readiness and permits. Confirm those details with the project team before making commitments.
Can I bring my own home design?
Start by sharing what you have in mind. Confirm applicable design requirements, setbacks, servicing and the buildable area for your preferred lot before commissioning final plans. Illustrations here do not establish an approved design or entitlement.
Where do I find permit information?
Cypress County provides development guidance and application information. Discuss your proposal with the County’s Planning & Development Services and confirm any additional safety-code permits. Visit the official development page ↗
Are the homes and landscaping already there?
No. Aparche is a proposed greenfield development. Images are conceptual illustrations to help you imagine a future lifestyle, not photographs of completed homes, confirmed views, access rights or promised amenities.
